THLT is delighted to collaborate with Heartsparkle Players for an evening of warmth, joy, and community exploring the theme "A Place of One's Own" on Friday, May 8th at 6:30 - Soul Cafe at Traditions, 300 5th Ave SW in Downtown Olympia.

Performance starts at 6:30, but come early to enjoy Soul Cafe's wonderful food and beverage offerings! Seating is limited. Tables can be reserved by calling 360.705.2819. Suggested donations $10-20.

Hearsparkle Players has been offering Playback Theatre for Olympia area audiences for 35 years. Playback, a unique form of improvisational theater, is fun, engaging, and can be therapeutic. The idea is this: someone from the audience tells the actors a story (often based on the evening's theme) and the actors play the story back for the audience. Seeing stories come to life is the magic.
