A Special Chance to Help THLT Grow

I’d like to fill you in on an opportunity we have to bump Thurston Housing Land Trust (THLT) to a higher level through a one-time burst of capacity development, combined with an option to cover half the cost through increase in the last year of a grant we have, if we can raise the rest. Another member and I have stepped forward to pledge 20% of the amount needed, to be paid before December 30. I hope you can commit some level of support, with specified timing as best for you now through the end of 2024.
